Payment Policy

All tours require payment in the following manner:

1. For all bookings $999.00 CDN or less, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
2. For all bookings $1,000.00 CDN or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be due 5 days before tour start date.
3. Payment receipts can be emailed to you and/or kept on file until your arrival.


Cancellation Policy

1. All tours canceled up to 5 days prior receive a 70% refund (25% non-refundable deposit & 5% processing fee)
2. All tours canceled between 5 days and 48 hours of the tour receive a 50% refund.
3. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the tour receive no refund.

Disclaimer

AuroraTours.net reserves the right to cancel any tour. If this situation arises you will be notified by email as soon as possible and receive a 100% refund.
